Powerball is a multi-state jackpot game drawn three nights a week. Players pick five main numbers plus one Powerball; the jackpot starts at $20M and rolls until a top-prize winner hits all six.

- Each base play costs $2. Add the Power Play multiplier for an extra $1 per play.
- Tickets must be purchased before the official cutoff for your jurisdiction (typically ~1 hour before the draw).
- Match all 5 main numbers + the Powerball → jackpot.
- Match 5 main numbers without the Powerball → $1,000,000 base prize.
- Smaller prizes are awarded for partial matches down to matching just the Powerball.
