Lotto World™ is built with a privacy-first philosophy. We collect the minimum amount of information needed to operate the service, we do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

When you create an account we store your email address, an optional display name, and a securely hashed password (handled by our authentication provider). We never see or store your password in plain text.

Saved picks, generated number sets, and your selected lotteries are stored against your account so you can revisit them. This data is visible only to you under our row-level security policies.

We may use aggregated, de-identified usage signals (such as which features are popular, error rates, and AI-ASA™ generation patterns) to improve the platform, harden security, and refine the AI-ASA™ engine. These signals are used internally and are not sold as marketing profiles.

When you contact support, we store the conversation so we can respond and improve our help materials. You may request deletion of support history tied to your account.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as the last generated set). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to operate Lotto World™:

• Lovable Cloud — managed backend, authentication, and database hosting (powered by Supabase). User data is stored in this managed backend.
• AI gateway — used to power AI-ASA™ chat features. Conversation messages are sent to the model provider only to generate a response.
• Stripe (future) — when paid plans launch, payments will be processed by Stripe. Lotto World™ will never store full card numbers.

We use industry-standard practices including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed credentials, and row-level security on the database. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique password.

You can update your account information at any time. To request export or deletion of your data, reach out via the Support page. We will action verified requests within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable law.

Lotto World™ does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing companies, data brokers, or advertisers. This is a core commitment of the platform.

We will notify users of material changes to this Privacy Policy through the app or via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
