Nothing on this platform constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to purchase a lottery ticket. Lottery outcomes are random, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Lotto World™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Powerball®, Mega Millions®, or any official state, multi-state, or national lottery organization unless explicitly stated. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Always confirm rules, draw schedules, and ticket purchases through the official lottery website for your jurisdiction.

Lottery draws are random events. Past outcomes do not influence future outcomes. AI-ASA™ surfaces statistical patterns from historical data — it does not predict winning numbers and provides no guarantee of winnings of any kind.

• No number, set, or strategy is more likely to win than any other.
• Generated picks are illustrative, not endorsements.
• Hot/cold and frequency analytics are descriptive, not predictive.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs on your account. Notify us promptly through the Support page if you suspect any unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
• Resell, white-label, or republish AI-ASA™ output without written permission.
• Use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Upload malware, automate abusive traffic, or bypass usage limits.

To protect the platform and its users, Lotto World™ reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Suspend or restrict accounts engaged in abuse, harassment, or misuse of the service.
• Terminate accounts identified as fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
• Remove harmful, illegal, or policy-violating content posted through the service.
• Rate-limit, block, or disable features to prevent abuse or security risk.

Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

The Lotto World™ name, AI-ASA™ branding, software, design, copy, and analytics models are owned by Lotto World and protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

AI-ASA™ is an informational analytics layer providing statistical exploration only. Outputs are statistical summaries based on public draw histories and are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• AI-generated insights may contain inaccuracies or errors.
• Generated numbers are not predictions of winning combinations.
• AI-ASA™ does not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice.
• No output guarantees winnings of any kind.

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying official lottery rules with the operator for your jurisdiction.
• Verifying ticket purchases, retailer authenticity, and draw schedules.
• Confirming eligibility requirements, including minimum age.
• Complying with the lottery and gambling laws of your local jurisdiction.

Lotto World™ is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or continuous availability of the service.
• Perfect accuracy of analytics, historical data, or jackpot estimates.
• Uninterrupted AI-ASA™ functionality or response times.
• Uninterrupted availability of third-party lottery data feeds.

The service may be paused, modified, or discontinued for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lotto World™ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of funds spent on lottery tickets, arising from use of the platform.

Lotto World™ is intended only for individuals who meet the minimum legal age and eligibility requirements to participate in lottery games in their jurisdiction. By creating an account or using the platform, you represent that you satisfy the applicable legal requirements where you reside. You are responsible for complying with all laws and lottery rules applicable to your location.

Lotto World™ does not guarantee that use of the service is lawful in every region. The service may be unavailable, restricted, or unsuitable in certain jurisdictions, and you assume all risk of access from those regions.

Lotto World™ is not affiliated with Powerball, Mega Millions, or any official state, multi-state, or national lottery organization. Always verify official rules, draw schedules, and ticket purchases through the official lottery website for your jurisdiction.

Paid Lotto World™ memberships (Pro and Ultra) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle through Stripe. Memberships renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.

• You may cancel anytime from your Account.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; your membership remains active through the end of your current paid billing period, after which the account reverts to the free Starter tier.
• Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Lotto World™ may, at its sole discretion, issue goodwill refunds in exceptional situations. Goodwill refunds are not guaranteed and create no entitlement to future refunds.

Full details are set out in the Membership Billing & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is any conflict between these Terms and that policy, the policy controls for billing-related matters.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
